"They" seem to be something that are relatively difficult to measure: Conversations. However, here's a BuzzStudy that attempts to measure a company's ability to "gather and talk". Our conversations at twitter, YouTube, Delicious, Scribd, Flickr and theFordStory.com mark only part of Ford's efforts. Hopefully, we'll continue to improve in this area.
